Terms & Agreement
1. Terms and Conditions All samples must be returned to Sitting In Style no later than 2 weeks after the samples are shipped/picked up. Any
charges for damaged and/or missing chair covers or accents will be charged to the credit card on this form. These additional
charges are: $20.00 per cloth, $10.00 per cover, $2.00 per sash, $7.00 per runner, $1.00 per napkin and $15.00 per overlay.
The client agrees to pay a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.
