Frequently Asked Questions 
Q: Do you rent or sale linens?
A: We only rent linens.
Q: How do I reserve my date?
A: To reserve your date we require half down, as well as a submitted rental contract. 
Q: How can I pay for my rentals?
A: We have several options:

1.  You can mail a check or money order

2.  You can request a specified amount to be taken off the credit card you submit on the rental contract

3.  You can submit a seperate credit card for us to process the transaction for you

Q: Can I rent a chair cover without a bow?

A: Yes, you can rent both the chair cover or bow seperately, for seperate prices look on our "prices" tab.

Q: Is there a better way to make a color selection?

A: Yes, please request samples of specific color , we would be happy to send you swatches to look at & make your final selection.  We realize computer monitors will distort colors differently.

Q: Can I look at some sample products you carry?

A: Absolutely, just fill out the sample contract on the "Sample" page of our website.  We will then set up a time for you to pick up the sample linens.  You will have up to 2 weeks to return the samples to us.

Q: How do I know what chair type I will need?

A: Please contact your reception venue to get the chair type & dimensions, you will then need to compare those to the selection on our "chair types" tab to find what works best for your venue.  Feel free to ask us first, as we may know the chair type for your venue based on past bookings. 

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: I would recommend booking as soon as you have a good idea where your reception will be located, as well as the estimated number of guests you expect to attend.  Keep in mind, dates in the spring & summer book up fast!

Q: Can I change the number of items ordered?

A: You will have until 3 weeks before your event to change the number you initially requested.  At the 3 week deadline, we require your final count as well as any remaining balance. 

Q: Do you deliver or set up the linens?

A: We do offer set up &/or delivery on a first come first serve basis.  Please contact our office for price and availability.  If you choose the DIY option, we will have your linens ready for pick up in Liberty, MO, 2 days prior to your event.  You will be responsible for returning the linens to Liberty the Monday following your event.
