Terms & Agreement
1. Terms and Conditions The rental cost of our items includes the cleaning, pressing & rental of each linen or accent. A credit card
will need to be on file with the signed rental agreement. A $100 hold will be placed on this account prior to linen pick up/delivery.
This hold is to ensure credit card validity, as well as linen return and proper care. Any charges for damaged and/or
missing chair covers or accents will be charged to the credit card following the event. These additional charges are:
$20.00 per cloth, $10.00 per cover, $2.00 per sash, $7.00 per runner, $1.00 per napkin, $10.00 per tote/return bag and
$15.00 per overlay. We do not allow any pins or punctures of any form on the linens. Candles need to
be dripless, any linen exposed to candle wax will be considered damaged. We require 50% down at the
time of signing the contract to reserve your date. The final chair count and the remaining balance are due no later than 3
weeks before the event. The client agrees to pay a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks. “Sitting In Style”
is not responsible for any accidents relating to the use of the chair covers. If “Sitting In Style” is unable
to fulfill this agreement for any reason, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded for the inconvenience.
2. Delivery, Returns &
Packaging
Sitting In Style can
ship to out of area locations but the customer will be responsible for shipping fees. These will be included
in the invoiced charges. Please use the original package(s) to return the items, return lablels for the Customer
to return all items stated on the Rental Contract will be supplied by Sitting In Style. All items must be returned or
shipped the Monday following the event date. The Customer agrees to be charged an additional late return fee
of 10% of the total invoice for each day the items are not returned or shipped after the Monday following the event date.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, notice is required at least 60 days before the event and half of the initial
payment will be forfeited. Cancellations beyond 60 days will result in the loss of the entire first payment.
